Wired or Bluetooth numpad supported. Connect and it works immediately. 0=GO, 1/2 & 4/5=SKIP (follow the seconds/minutes step), 3=PAUSE, 6=STOP, 7=HEAD, 8=TAIL, Tab=Deck switch.
All HyperDeck models with Ethernet connectivity are supported — Studio HD Mini/Plus/Pro, Studio 4K Pro, Shuttle HD, Shuttle 4K Pro, Extreme 4K, and Extreme 8K. Check the following in order:
1. On the HyperDeck's front panel, confirm the REM button is lit. If it is off, the deck only accepts local operation and ignores external control. Press REM to light it. On models without a REM button (e.g. Studio HD Mini), enable remote from the LCD menu instead.
2. If the iPad has both Wi-Fi and wired LAN active at the same time, the two routes can conflict and block the connection. Turn Wi-Fi off and use wired only.
3. On the HyperDeck, go to Setup → Remote and confirm Remote Control is set to On.
4. Confirm your iPad and HyperDeck are on the same network.
5. We recommend setting a static IP address on the HyperDeck. With DHCP, the address can change after a restart.
6. Verify the IP address and port (default: 9993) in DeckCue's deck setup.
7. Use the Connection Test button in the deck setup screen to verify the connection before adding.以下を順番に確認してください：

For a stable setup, connect the LAN cable first, then configure DeckCue — plug in the wired LAN before running the Connection Test. We also recommend a static IP address on the HyperDeck so the address doesn't change between sessions.安定して設定するには、先にLANケーブルを接続してからDeckCue側の設定を行ってください（結線を済ませてから「接続テスト」を押す）。また、HyperDeck側は固定IP（Static IP）を推奨します。セッションごとにアドレスが変わらず安定します。
Try these in order:
1. In DeckCue Settings, tap Connection Reset — this reconnects the TCP link only (a light fix).
2. If it still won't recover, tap Restart App. This fully reloads the app and is the reliable way to recover a stuck connection.
3. As a last resort, quit DeckCue from the app switcher and reopen it.以下を順番にお試しください：

No. DeckCue intentionally does not support SSD slot switching. Switching slots during playback would immediately stop playback and change the clip list, which is a risk in a live environment. Yes, Lightning iPads work — but you must use a direct Lightning-to-LAN (Ethernet) adapter. Both are supported. For live event use, a wired LAN connection is recommended for stability. Wi-Fi also works but is more susceptible to interference in event venues. No internet connection required — works on a closed network.

Both Bluetooth and wired numpads are supported. For wired, connect via a USB-C hub or adapter. For Bluetooth, pair through iOS Settings → Bluetooth. Once connected, DeckCue automatically recognizes it (a NUM indicator appears).
Note: when the skip step is switched to minute mode, keys 1/2 become ±5 min and keys 4/5 become ±15 min.
Long-press a clip to set or clear its in-point (start position). A clip with an in-point cues straight to that position when tapped. The LOOP button toggles with a press and hold (about 0.6s) — a deliberate guard against accidental taps during a show. A short tap shows a hint instead. When lit green, playback loops the current clip. With a numpad connected, key 9 also toggles it. Enter reorder mode and drag the handles to arrange clips in your show order. The order is display-only — files on the deck are not modified. GO and NEXT/PREV follow the reordered list, while continuous play follows the deck's original clip order, not the reordered list. Input history (IP addresses, SEARCH values) can be deleted one entry at a time. You can also choose the clip name text size — Small / Medium / Large — in Settings.IPアドレスやSEARCH値の入力履歴を1件ずつ削除できます。また、クリップ名の文字サイズを 小／中／大 から設定で選べます。
Color labels and in-points are saved per clip name. This is what restores them after an SSD swap — but it also means a new, unrelated clip with the same file name (e.g. camera-numbered names like C0001.mov) can inherit an old record. Clips with an in-point always show an IN badge in the list, so check it before tapping.
